With an intense curiosity for the human body, Rachel began studying human anatomy and physiology as a Massage Therapist. After working with a variety of conditions and various degrees of body injuries Rachel furthered her studies with Ann and Chris Frederick who founded and created Fascia Stretch Therapy, completing her Level 3 FST Certification. Rachel has continued to grow over the years practicing manual therapies, most recently studying under world-renowned bodyworker, teacher and author, Thomas Myers learning his Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. She will be completing her training and board certification in the fall of 2024 in San Diego. Over her 19 year career span, Rachel has studied a variety of other modalities including Esalen Deep Tissue Massage, Core and Pelvic Floor Retraining, Foot Restoration and even took Doula training- all to broaden and improve her skill set and endless learning about the human form! Rachel works with a wide range of clients from children, to elderly to professional athletes. Her work consists of blending these skill sets when clients find they’re desperate to improve their body when nothing else has helped them. Rachel’s work encourages individuals to elevate, reclaim agency and awareness of their body and to live more optimally than before.
